​Rainier Developments are preparing a planning application for a high quality development a total of 22 new homes, 8 of these will be market housing, and 14 will be serviced plots for custom and self build housing.  Alongside this, the proposals include provision of a new access onto Banbury Road, new publicly accessible open space and extensive landscaping.
